Papercutting Workshop
Explore the basics of papercutting with multidisciplinary artist Sukanya Mani. This hands-on workshop introduces the fundamentals of this ancient craft step by step. Participants will learn specific techniques and skills to create their own finished piece.

Deep-Core Strengthening for Women 50+
Take a relaxing, deep-core strengthening class designed for women over 50 with former fitness instructor Saaba Lutzler. This class focuses on gentle strength-building, balance, and mindful movement in a supportive environment.

Plastic Fusion Art Workshop
Learn how to fuse post-consumer plastic into colorful works of art with artist Adrienne Outlaw. This workshop is open to all ages. An adult should accompany children under 12.

Contemplative Wisdom for Creative Renewal
Join Dianna Walters-Hartley for a half-day mindfulness mini-retreat featuring a new theme each month that blends neuroscience, lived human experience, and contemplative wisdom from a variety of faith traditions. We’ll explore how the nervous system shapes our inner life and relationships, then settle into a nourishing rhythm of seated meditation, walking meditation, and silent journaling. Reflective practice can also support creativity and artistic expression and research suggests mindfulness training may offer creativity boosts. Learn more and review the agenda here.
